Polar Array : AutoCAD
Hello, Friends
Today We will learn about Polar Array. By Polar Array, We can Create Multiple copies of selected objects in a circular direction.
COMMAND: ARRAYPOLAR OR ARRAY(AR) COMMAND > POLAR
MENU : MODIFY > ARRAY > POLAR
Items(I): Specify the Number of Items in Array. The default value is 6.
Angle Between(a): Specify the angle between two items.
Fill Angle(f): Specify the Total Fill angle of Array Objects. + Value for Counterclockwise direction & - Negative Value for Clockwise direction.
Rows(r): Specify Numbers of Rows, Distance between Rows & Rows Elevation distance.
Levels(l): Specify the Number of Levels (Z Direction) & Distance between levels.
ROTate items(rot): Whether objects will rotate while an array or not. If We select Yes option, Orientation of objects changing as per rotation. If We select No Option, the Orientation of the object will not change while rotation in the array.
eXit(x) : Exit from Polar Array.
Basepoint(b): Specify the base point from which objects will array in a circular direction.
ASsociative (as): Select Whether the Array objects are Associative or not.
Yes: Single Block type of object created. We can change the No.of items, Angle between items, Fill angle, Array Direction, Rotate arrayed items, No. of Rows, Row spacing option after array. We can also edit & replace Array Objects. Use Explode Command to remove associativity. Arrayedit command to edit array objects.
No: Separate objects are created. We can't change any value or option after array.
