Today We will learn How to Create & Modify Dimension Style.


New : Create a New Dimension Style. Annotative & Standard By Default Styles in AutoCAD Software.
By Default, Standard Style is Current Style.

Set Current : Make Selected Dimension Style as Current Dimension Style.

Modify : Modify Dimension style option like Line, Symbols and Arrows, Fit ,Text ,Primary Units, Alternate Units and Tolerance.

Override : Make Temporary Dimension Style to make temporary changes without affecting Current Dimension Style. This Option is very useful for minor changes in Dimension Style.

Compare : We can Compare Two Dimension Styles. We can see Difference of Value & Options in Both Dimension Styles.

Dimension Style > Modify > Lines



We Can Change Color, Linetype & Lineweight of Dimension lines and Extension lines. We can Suppress one or both Sides Dimension lines and Extension lines. We can change the Value of Baseline Spacing and Extend Beyond Ticks. We can change Fixed length Extension line and Offset from Origin.

Dimension Style > Modify > Symbols And Arrow








We can Change Arrowhead Style , Arrow Sizes, Center marks ( None, Mark, Line) , Break Size,
Arclength Symbol ( Preceding ,  Above, None) , Radius Jog Angle & Linear Jog height Scale in Arrow and Symbols Option.

  Hello, Friends Today We will learn Multiline Text(MText) In AutoCAD Software. COMMAND : Mtext Short-cut : MT Menu : Draw > Text > Multiline Text By Mtext Command, We can write Paragraph Text or Multilines in AutoCAD.There are many advantages in Mtext like Formatting Tools, Paragraph, Symbols, Columns. Type "Mtext" Command, then Specify First and opposite corner on screen by Mouseclick. Write Text inside Mtext Window. Convert Singleline Text into Multiline Text using TXT2MTXT Command in AutoCAD.

Hello, Friends Today We learn TXT2MTXT Command in AutoCAD. We can convert one or more Single line Text objects into Multiline Text (Mtext) Object. COMMAND : TXT2MTXT MENU : EXPRESS > TEXT > CONVERT TEXT TO MTEXT Settings > Combine into a single mtext object Combine Selected single line text objects into single mtext objects. Text ordering - Sort top-down Specifies the order of the selected text by descending vertical position. Text ordering - Select order of text Specifies the order of the selected text by manual selection by Mouseclick. Word-wrap text  Combines all the lines of text into a single line, and then wraps any text that exceeds the width of the mtext object to the next line. Force uniform line spacing Applies consistent interline spacing and paragraph spacing when word wrap is turned on. Paragraph spacing is Half larger than interline spacing.
